General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") establish the legal agreement applicable between the x11bd platform and its user ("you" or "member"). Some key definitions used here are as follows:

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to x11bd's website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "Account" refers to each member's own personal gaming account.
• "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live games, and other gaming features offered through the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to all promotional offers, cashback, and rewards provided by x11bd.
• "Taka" refers to Bangladeshi currency (BDT / ৳).

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To use x11bd's services, you must be 21 years of age or older. When registering on the platform, you must confirm that you meet this age requirement. x11bd strictly prohibits use of its services by minors. You may be asked to submit identification documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person is permitted to open only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and associated deposits and bonuses may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method will be considered a violation of this policy.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information when opening an account. Providing false or incomplete information regarding name, date of birth, address, or payment details may result in account cancellation. If any information changes, notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the x11bd support team immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Payment Methods

x11bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each payment method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

No transactions below these limits will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required if a security check or anti-money laundering review is needed.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before approving a withdrawal, x11bd will confirm that:

• Your account is fully verified.
• The wagering requirement of any active bonus has been met.

3.5 Taxes & Fees

x11bd does not charge any processing fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply its own charges, for which x11bd is not responsible. Tax obligations are entirely the user's own responsibility.

Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

x11bd offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive ৳5,000 as a bonus per the maximum limit, bringing your total balance to ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

x11bd's VIP program has 4 tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. Tier assignment is at x11bd's discretion.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If any fraud, irregularity, or attempt to abuse bonus claims is detected, x11bd reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device also falls under this category.

4.5 Promotion Validity

Each bonus and promotion has a specific validity period and conditions, which are stated in the promotion details. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the account.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. Results displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or glitch are not valid, and in such cases x11bd reserves the right to determine the correct result.

5.2 Fair Play Policy

x11bd is committed to ensuring fair play and balanced outcomes across all games. Our platform uses SSL encryption and secure technology. If any member uses fraudulent techniques, bots, automated software, or any unauthorized method, their account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, internet disconnection, or server failure, x11bd will make every effort to settle the game appropriately. However, in some cases the game may be cancelled and the bet refunded.

5.4 Sports Betting

All markets and odds in the sports betting section are subject to change. x11bd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any market. The authority to determine the validity of bets recorded after a match has started rests with x11bd.

Account Suspension & Closure Provisions

6.1 Suspension by x11bd

x11bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Use of unauthorized software or bots.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Use by or authorization of a minor.
• Violation of any provision of these terms.

6.2 Account Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be settled before the account is closed. Self-exclusion requests under responsible gaming are also accepted.

6.3 Consequences of Account Closure

After an account is closed, any undisbursed bonuses and bonuses with unmet conditions will not be paid out. However, balances legitimately earned and eligible for withdrawal will be returned to the member's payment method, though this may be delayed pending the completion of any investigation.

11.4 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between x11bd and its members, and replace any prior oral or written understandings.
